Foil Materials
This foil materials is a reinforced structure with excellent properties for gojiberry packages. The foil structure is MatteBOPP18/VMPET12/LDPE, with graphic as below.
BOPP18, is short for biaxially orientated polypropylene film with most common thickness 18 microns (equals to 0.72 gauge). After biaxial orientation process, BOPP film is enable with good mechanical strength, excellent printability, high clarity, and mechanical property, which enables it a fine print substrate film in flexible packaging area.
VMPET12, means vacuum metallized polyester film with thickness 12 microns (equals to 0.48 gauge), is the most common used aluminum metallized films in flexible packaging field. It is with high barrier performance against mositure vapor and oxygen. The barrier performance will enable your coffee products well protected from the roaster warehouse to the consumer’s hand in a fine way.
LDPE film, means low density polyethylene film, which is the most used inner sealing layer for the coffee beans bag. It is able to provide enough sealing strength and airtight property for the final packages.
The final thickness for this foil laminate should be 135 microns, with tolerance +-5%. and the toughness of this foil will be enough to finalize good package profile for 250 grams of gojiberry products.

Artwork Printing
A good creative artwork matters much more than most people expect, as most people tend to buy a product they feel good for.
