Hi, we are starting to manufacture an amazingly attractive standing pouch for 400g of sugar granules, and the customer is extremely impressed with it. This 400gr sugar standing pouch’s transparent main structure makes it considerably simpler for end users to have a fast look inside the goods.
Foil Structure
We reinforce the foil materials with two layers of clear polyester film in order for the standing pouch to achieve an additional standing effect when 400 grams of sugar are packed inside of it. As can be seen from the figure below, the middle PET 12-micron layer mostly serves as an additional base for the final package.
Filled Level
About 75% of the height is occupied by the filled line of 400 grams of sugar, which almost reaches the black background edge that highlights the logo. This would provide plenty of space for the machine’s filling operations on top. The consumer will fill the sugar granules from the top opening and just close it once filled, but he has not yet received the filling machine.
When the customer’s business expands in the future, he will also be able to fill this standup pouch on the vertical fill-sealing machine, and we have resolved this issue from the outset of this package.
