This tea pillow pouch is made of PET/LDPE material and has an amazing appearance, which is more cost-effective and better for the customers’ needs.
Foil Structure
There are many different package substrate films to realize the flower tea packages, and in this post, we are going to adapt the Kraft Paper/LDPE foil structure, which looks good and is hard to break, the excellent package for honey products.
Here, we are going to explain the dimensions of this 5-gram sachet.
Filled Level of 5-gram Herbal tea sachet pouch
The bag is in the form of a three-side sealed bag, and the transparent material allows for a more intuitive observation of the state of tea. We fill the current 3-side sealed bag with 5 grams of flower tea, as shown below.
When the products are filled into roll foil and then sealed into the final pouch, the filled height should be around 60~70 % of the total height, so a certain top space has to be left to ensure all the products can be filled into the package and achieve fine sealing.
