Based on triplex barrier aluminum foil materials, the volume of milk powder may reach up to 1000 grams due to economic considerations. The above pouch shows one of the items we produced for our customers. It is achieved from printed roll foils on the vertical-fill-form-seal machinery at the customer’s site, which can achieve lower cost than premade pouches, such as bottom gusseted bags, flat bottom pouches, or premade side folded bags. This foil material is a reinforced structure with excellent properties for milk powder packages. The foil structure is PET12/AL/LDPE, with the figure below.
