Foil Structure
There are many different package substrate films to realize the flower tea packages, and in this post, we will adapt the Kraft Paper/LDPE foil structure, which looks good and is hard to break, the excellent package for honey products.
Here, we are going to explain the dimensions of this 5-gram sachet.
Filled Level of 5-gram Herbal tea sachet pouch
The bag is in the form of a three-sided sealed bag, and the transparent material allows for a more intuitive observation of the state of the tea. We fill the current 3-sided sealed bag with 5 grams of flower tea, as shown below.
When the products are filled into roll foil and then sealed into the final pouch, the filled height should be around 60~70 % of the total height, so a certain top space has to be left to ensure all the products can be filled into the package and achieve fine sealing.
The picture below is the final effect of 5 grams of Herbal tea; as you can see, the level is clear.
