Advantages

1. 100% biodegradable. This structure is made all from biomaterials. PT(Cellulose) and PLA. PT is made of plant fiber, the same materials as paper. Both of them can be composted in industrial conditions and home conditions. And degrade to CO₂ and H₂O within 180 days. Also PT can degrade in natural enviroment soon, such like soil and sea.
2. Economical compostable option for products that do not need high barrier performance.
3. Nice printing. As the printing film, PT shows very good printing performance. Suitable for complex design printing. We can print up to 10 colors on it.
4. It is neater than BOPLA/PLA structure.

Features

 

• Milky and Semitransparent. PT film is highly transparent such like BOPLA film, PLA film is milky and semitransparent. The laminated film shows glossy on the surface, Milky color and semitransparent. We can see product inside the bag, but not very clear. Really similar as the structure BOPLA/PLA.
• Should be stored in cool and dry place, stay away from sun light.
• The barrier of mositure and oxygen is not very high. Suitable for products that do not need high barrier performance.
• Nice printing performance, could be printed up to 10 colors.
• Cannot get water, PT will shrink and soften when it get water. Then the bag will be fragile.
